MondoClear 5000 SH is a new generation cathodic electrophoretic coating process for producing a clear protective finish on solid brass, zinc die castings, steel, silver and most electroplated substrates. The coating is a Polyurethane modified and can be in tank or post dyed. The excellent throwing power of MondoClear 5000 SH, ease of use and reproducible application performance gives a big advantage to the user.
MondoClear 5000 SH represents a cost-effective, enviromentally friendly product for use in general metal finishing market as a high gloss decorative clear or colored coating.
Excellent UV Resistance
All post dyed or in tank dyed parts with MondoClear 5000 SH will have best possible resistance to UV, Chemicals & scratch.
Outstanding Salt Spray Resistance
MondoClear 5000 SH is formulated to meet hardest specifications of the end users .And can give up to 540 hrs of salt spray test results if cured properly.
Low Cure
MondoClear 5000 SH can fully be cured at 130 C at 25 min.

They produce very stable color with low consumption and there is no need to convert your existing tank to a colored tank. You can produce many colors by only adding MondoColor Post dye process after your existing lacquer. This will create a low cost alternative for your coloring needs.
Stability
The MondoColor post dye process is formulated to provide stable colors on all parts and to sustain this stable color. The process has no ending life you can maintain the same color forever by adding MoncoColor Post dye concentrate. Also you can adjust the intensity of color by lowering and increasing the immersion time.
